Crawler nymphs drift in the hour before the evening emergence — tighten up your nymph rig as the light drops.

Fish porpoise on emergers in the glides. A yellow cripple in the film out-fishes the dun three to one.

Pale yellow duns on smooth water — long leaders, downstream presentations, gentle sips.

The spinner fall happens at last light — if fish keep rising after you cannot see, it is spinners.
